Styled as a paint can, the bag costs $2,850.
Luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton has released a new collection of bags "Paint Can Bag", stylized as cans of paint. In the new line, bags appeared in yellow, green and lagoon colours.
Previously, LV created a limited edition in red, orange and purple, and it was highly popular. In the updated version, the fashion house resorted to using a fresh palette inspired by the work of the late Virgil Abloh.
"The Paint Can Bag is not like an everyday bag, but rather a collector's item for creative fashion connoisseurs. The bag is equipped with a chrome-plated metal handle with the logo and monogram. An annular roof is opened by twisting a leather strap.
On the front and back of the bag, the words “Exterior paint” flaunt, as well as information about the quality of the paint and the warning “Handle with care”. The inside of the accessory is made of microfiber in the color of the exterior.
For the first time, the bag was presented at the show of the fall-winter 2022 collection. Today's updated series is a nod to Abloh's work with abstract and avant-garde silhouettes from the past. The new bags are now available online and in Louis Vuitton stores for $2,850.
