Grocery store chainPyaterochka”, owned by X5 Retail Group, will become more customer-oriented. This is the idea that the brand's new advertising campaign is designed to convey to customers.
The new slogan of Pyaterochka appeals to customers with an invitation: "We look forward to visiting every day!". That’s right – visitors are now offered to perceive a boring grocery shopping as coming to visit hospitable hosts, with the opportunity to have a snack, drink tea or coffee, find fresh and high-quality products at reasonable prices, and also chat with friendly staff.
The launched campaign, in the development of which Leo Burnett Moscow took part, will include all types of advertising. Among other things, outdoor and online advertising will be placed, and Pyaterochka's social media pages will be updated.
And to feel in the cozy atmosphere of Pyaterochka offers a new commercial with the participation of Sergei Shnurov. In it, the famous musician walks through the store, and at the end buys a pack of magazines with his image and a bunch of bananas.
The demonstration of the new brand concept emphasizes that every customer is, first of all, a valued guest. And each of the brand's more than 2,000 "convenience stores" is not only a place for shopping, but also a cozy space, entering which customers on a daily basis can cheer themselves up and feel the care of the staff.
