Rare Beauty products will be available exclusively at Sephora stores. It will be available for purchase from summer 2020. The registration of a new trademark was carried out back in August 2019, but the singer officially announced its imminent appearance only on February 4, 2020 on her Instagram for the first time.
While no detailed information has been provided on exactly what products will be included in the new line, the singer has only hinted that it will indeed feature a wide variety of cosmetic products. The only thing that can be said at the moment is that Rare Beauty will include a red matte lipstick in a bright shade, which is exactly what Selena herself used when announcing the launch of the collection.
The name of the collection is also the name of the singer's third studio album, Rare. It expresses the idea that every customer can find their own unique beauty and should not strive to be like someone else. The singer herself described the new brand in her Instagram as follows: “Rare Beauty is not about how other people see you, but about how you see yourself.”
The brand already has its own Instagram page and its own website, which does not yet present the products of the new brand, but registration is available to receive relevant updates about it.
