The beginning of the history of the automobile company Datsun was laid in 1911 with the creation of the company Kwaishin-sha Company (Vayshin-sha), its ideological center was the engineer Masujiro Hashimoto (Masujiro Hashimoto). The company began to produce the first Japanese cars, which were called DAT (from the first letters of the partners' surnames - Kenjoro Den (Kenjiro Dan), Rokuro Aoyama (Rokuro Aoyama) and Meitaro Takeuchi (Metairo Taktseti). Translated from Japanese, the word date also translated as "fast hare", "flying hare" or "alive, agile".
Several models of a four-seater car are produced: the DAT-31, which appeared in 1914, is replaced by the DAT-41, and then by the more advanced DAT-51, the batches are small and the cars themselves are far from perfect, but they are successful - these are the first cars in the history of Japan .
