Amazon solidified its position as the world's most valuable brand, and TikTok managed to make it to the top for the first time.

According to the latest BrandZ ranking of the 100 most valuable brands in the world, brand value Amazon increased by 32% and reached $415.9 billion. In a year, its value has increased by almost $100 billion, which is more than a third of the total value of the listed brands. And one of the reasons for the growth in the value of the Amazon brand was the rapid development of e-commerce around the world caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
The second place is confidently occupied by the company Apple, whose brand is valued at $352.2 billion, with an annual growth of 14%. Third place went to Microsoft, with a brand value of $326.5, thanks to an impressive 30% gain that overtook Google, now down to 4th place with $323.6 billion and a 5% gain.
The main “loser” of the top ten rating was the brand Facebook, which fell by 7% to $147.1 billion, dropping it from 6th to 8th place. The main reason for the fall in value is called a number of scandals in which the brand has been involved in recent times.
And here's the value of the brand Instagram, on the contrary, increased by 47%. This brand is now valued at $41.5 billion and is ranked 29th. By the way, in last year's edition of BrandZ, the growth in the value of this brand was an impressive 95%.

This year, the brand managed to get into the top ten for the first time master card, which took 10th place (displacing AT&T), being valued at $108.1 billion, with an increase of 18%.
With the success of an expanding product range and an updated marketing strategy, the brand Pepsi managed to return to the Top 100, finishing in 99th place with an estimate of $13.3 billion.
The brand showed the worst results in the ranking Uber, which immediately went down 32 lines due to the fall in value immediately to 35%. Now this brand is valued at $15.8 billion and is in 85th position.
This year, the list includes 4 new brands, 2 of which are Chinese. And the most notable newcomer was TikTok, which was valued at $16.8 billion, thanks to which he managed to get straight to 79th place.
